Preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in Taiwan; Preparation of patent and trademark applications for filing in foreign countries; Filing applications for domain name registration in Taiwan; Maintenance of patents and trademarks; Recordal of assignment, merger, licensing, and security interests in relation to patents and trademarks; Search and watch services in relation to patents, trademarks and domain names; Opposition and cancellation/invalidation proceedings in relation to patents and trademarks; Trademark recordation before the Bureau of Foreign Trade for surveillance of export commodities; Handling intellectual property disputes: preparing opinions on infringement, validity and patentability on patents, and related matters, such as invalidity search; representing clients in civil and criminal litigation, and providing assistance with respect to negotiation and out-of-court settlement, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation; providing assistance with respect to search of premises for finding evidence of infringement, preliminary injunction, seizure and detention of counterfeit goods, preservation of evidence, compulsory execution, etc. filing complaints with the Fair Trade Commission and related matters; and assisting clients in overseas IP disputes.
